International Orders & Import Duties
When you order a machine from us, it will be shipped from the Netherlands. By doing so, we aim to keep import duties as low as possible for you. However, please note that import duties, taxes, and customs fees may still apply, depending on your local government regulations. These charges are imposed once the shipment reaches your country and are the buyer’s responsibility. They are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
We recommend checking with your local customs office to understand any potential additional costs before placing an order.
Returns & Refunds
Returns are possible within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. Please contact us before returning an item to receive further instructions.
